do i have to pay in advance or can i pay after services are performed?

With Virtual Assistant Talent (VAT), everything works prepaid. You have the option to do a one-time weekly payment plan before you pay a regular monthly subscription. Shall you choose to instantly go with the regular monthly subscription, you do get a $50 discount from the one-time set-up fee of $99. We do not allow postpaid payments.

what are my payment options?

We accept credit card, debit card, ACH, and PayPal payments.

How soon can I work with my hired Virtual Assistant after I settle my prepaid invoice?

As soon as the invoice is paid for your preferred subscription, we can onboard the Virtual Assistant within the next business day or the next 24 hours. Onboarding calls are facilitated by HR via Gotomeeting. Meeting link is sent after the invoice is settled together with the orientation guidelines.
