Yes, you do get a dedicated Virtual Assistant from us. As a client, after conducting interviews among the endorsed VAs for your project, you then make a final decision on whom to hire. There is no project manager involved and as a client, you are in charge of managing your VA's performance. Virtual Assistant Talent only works as a staffing agency with support in client billing and  VA payroll.

All of our VA’s are physically located in the Philippines and have passed rigorous assessment tests and interviews conducted by our HR Team. Each VA had a minimum of at least 2-3 years experience working in the BPO Industry servicing US-based clients and other International accounts. This ensures that the VA’s are exposed and familiar with the american culture which is essential to their success in working as VA’s for American clients.

Your hired VA will follow the American timezone or whatever their client’s timezone is. Though they are physically located in the Philippines, the time difference will not be a deterrent as the VA’s are used to working at night time or American time. Your VA will follow whatever your preferred working schedule is, as they always adjust and cope with their client’s needs and requirements. It is important to specify your preferred working schedule on your VA's job description during the discovery call to make sure we match you with the VA that can work on your preferred time zone.

Our hiring process usually takes 2-3 days but we can expedite it for anyone who has the task requirements or job descriptions ready and is immediately available to conduct an interview with the endorsed VAs that we think are a perfect fit for the said project. An open communication via phone line and email ensures a speedy hiring process to get the hired VA started right away.

Our VA’s are fluent in the English language and not just in verbal but in written English as well. All of our endorsed VAs are  college graduates and had a minimum of 2-3 years experience working with US companies before getting assigned to clients. You are assured that aside from their great communication skills, they have great comprehension skills as well. English exam test proficiency results are also part of their portfolio for your review once they are endorsed. A short voice recording is also a mandatory part of their portfolio that you can easily access as well.
